Services & specialties
EMDR
EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) helps process memories, images, and sensations that keep looping in the mind so that individuals can respond with more clarity instead of bracing for impact.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy
IFS therapy helps individuals work with reactions, inner conflicts, and emotional patterns that often form through trauma by gently engaging these patterns rather than overriding them.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
KAP creates a space where the usual filters loosen, allowing deeper and longer-held emotions to come forward, and is used when someone has already been in therapy and feels stalled.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Walk-and-Talk Therapy offers a grounded, natural setting to explore what's been weighing on individuals while their therapist walks beside them, helping them move through what comes up both physically and emotionally.
Veterans & First Responders
True North Healing Center understands how years of service can shift how individuals operate and offers work focused on helping them process what they've carried while rebuilding the ability to stay present in the moments that matter.
End-of-Life Doula Services
End-of-Life Doula Services provide non-medical support to individuals and families during the final stage of life, including helping navigate practical decisions, facilitating difficult conversations, supporting emotional and spiritual needs, and advocating for the wishes of the person who is dying.
