Founded in 1950, the association empowers those they serve and those who care for them to reach, grow, and achieve. They believe in the unique needs, goals, and dreams of the nearly 2,000 people with disabilities they serve and the 300 people they employ. With a person-centered ethos, they promote diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion by having people with disabilities serve on their Board of Directors, RGA Council, and various committees. They offer a comprehensive ecosystem of residential, employment, and life skills services, including therapeutic programs, recreation, and family support resources. Their goal is to empower people to reach their potential, grow their future, and achieve their goals through personalized plans with measurable actions and results.
