Parents Alliance Employment Project (PAEP) was founded in 1982 by a group of parent volunteers who wanted better employment options for their developmentally disabled young adults. Our mission is to promote a world where people with disabilities have the right to work in the communities they live. We strive to ensure that individuals with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to access mainstream education and employment opportunities. We strive to create an inclusive environment where people of all abilities can thrive. PAEP works to ensure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. We are dedicated to helping people with disabilities reach their full potential and participate in their community.
