People Creating Success, a Ventura County-based private company, was formed in 2001 to meet the increasing needs of individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or medical fragilities. They provide an array of services to people with developmental disabilities throughout the state of California. Through the use of Person Centered Planning and their dedication to inclusion, People Creating Success works with the person served and their circle of support to empower meaningful lives and caring environments. They offer various services, including Supported Living, Independent Living, Adult Residential Facilities, E3 Wellness Day Program, and Community-Based Day Services, with multiple locations in Southern California to serve individuals in Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Conejo Valley, Antelope Valley, and Glendale/Burbank.

Supported Living
People Creating Success believes that any person can be successful in a Supportive Living environment, actively promoting the connection of participants with their communities to build a life-long support system.
Independent Living
Independent Living Services are ideal for people who are relatively independent and need only a few hours a week of assistance, with PCS tailoring a unique program for each individual.
Adult Residential Facilities
People Creating Success provides Specialized Adult Residential Services in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, designed to serve individuals from Developmental Centers.
E3 Wellness Day Program
E3 is a state-of-the-art, integrative wellness center for people of all ability levels, emphasizing improving quality of life through physical activity and healthy living.
Community-Based Day Services
The F.A.D.E. and C.I.T.P Programs work with community partners to create access to independence and raise the percentage of individuals with disabilities in the workforce.
