People Creating Success, Inc. (PCS) is a Ventura County-based provider of Supported Living Services, Independent Living Services, and Day Services for adults with developmental disabilities. Founded in 2002, PCS is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities move from restrictive living environments into more inclusive living arrangements. Our mission is to provide individuals with the liberty to make life decisions based on choice, personal preferences, and need, while also encouraging them to make informed choices, get involved in their local community, and become as independent as possible. Our services include Supported Living, Independent Living, Respite Care Services, Behavior Modification Program, and Alternative to Day Services programs.
