People Creating Success, Inc. (PCS) is a Santa Barbara Area-based company providing Supported Living Services, Independent Living Services, and Day Services for adults with developmental disabilities. Founded in 2002, PCS’s mission is to help individuals with disabilities move from restrictive living environments into more inclusive, independent living arrangements. PCS works with individuals and their circle of support to facilitate and sustain their liberty to make life decisions based on choice, personal preferences, and need, helping them make informed choices, become involved in their community, and increase their self-esteem and quality of life. Services provided include supportive living, independent living, respite care services, behavior modification program, and alternative to day services programs.
