She has over 20 years of experience working with women, teens, and families to transform their lives from broken relationships, parenting struggles, illness, and career challenges into self-empowerment and self-acceptance. Patricia's therapeutic style is non-judgmental, direct, and compassionate, helping clients uncover their most authentic selves. She is licensed in California and New Mexico, and is a Registered Telemental Health Provider in Florida. Patricia's approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from various therapeutic traditions, including psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive, narrative, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and Jungian-informed theories. She is also trained in ancient spiritual healing traditions and has a certification in Medical and Spiritual Healing. Patricia's goal is to help women create a life filled with joy, satisfaction, and well-being, and to find ways to thrive during times of transition.
