In her practice, clients are treated with respect by a non-judgmental and collaborative therapist in a supportive and nurturing environment. Pamela's therapeutic approach is gentle yet direct, emphasizing authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and humor within a safe and relaxed environment. She uses elements of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, in her practice, and has special training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for treating trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Pamela works with people of all ages, which deepens her understanding of the challenges people face at each stage of life. She has worked in residential treatment and has a private practice since 2008, currently working remotely only.
