About
She works with children of parents who exhibit borderline, narcissistic, emotionally immature, or self-absorbed behavior, including abuse from parents, partners, family members, in the workplace, and in high conflict divorce. Pam's approach to treatment involves Internal Family Systems (IFS), where she helps clients explore and heal the different parts of themselves. She also incorporates a polyvagal and somatic approach to regulate the nervous system and promote a sense of safety and calm. Pam's goal is to empower her clients through a safe and supportive relationship, where all their parts are seen and heard.
