About
Founded in 1979 in the Pacific Northwest, the organization began with a pilot program at The Summit at Snoqualmie, teaching fifteen children with disabilities to ski. Over the years, Outdoors for All has expanded its programs to include year-round adaptive therapeutic activities such as cycling, hiking, camping, river rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, day camps, yoga, and more. With the support of over 950 dedicated volunteers, the organization provides opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy outdoor recreation, building a community where people of all abilities can experience the joy and freedom of nature.
