Community Action Team, Inc. (CAT) is an Oregon-based organization that provides early childhood education through our Early Learning Head Start & Pre-Kindergarten Program. Our mission is to promote school readiness among young children from low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social and emotional development. Our program is modeled after the federal Head Start program, and we also offer the Oregon Pre-Kindergarten (OPK) program to expand high-quality early learning opportunities for children with the lowest incomes and highest need. We strive to provide a safe, supportive environment where children can grow and learn to their fullest potential.
