Neighborhood House, Inc. is a proud provider of the Oregon Early Learning Head Start & Pre-Kindergarten Program. This federally funded program promotes school readiness for young children from low-income families. It does this by focusing on cognitive, social, and emotional development. Oregon Pre-Kindergarten (OPK) was modeled after Head Start, to provide high-quality early learning opportunities to children from the lowest-income and highest-need households.
