With over 20 years of experience working with teens and their loved ones, she specializes in helping individuals navigate the challenges of adolescence and emerging adulthood. Nicole's goal is to support her clients in discovering what truly matters to them, and to help them develop coping skills and strategies to manage stress and anxiety. She offers a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, using a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Coaching, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT) therapy. Nicole's areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, coping skills, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. She welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds, and is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients to grow and thrive.
