Nevada Disability Advocacy & Law Center (NDALC) is a statewide, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides protection and advocacy services to individuals with disabilities across Nevada. Our services, which are offered at no cost to eligible individuals, include information and referral services, education, training, negotiation, mediation, investigation of reported or suspected abuse/neglect, legal counsel, technical assistance, and public policy work. We have offices in Las Vegas, Reno, and Elko and provide services statewide. NDALC was designated as Nevada’s protection and advocacy system by the Governor in March 1995 and has been providing our services to the community ever since.
