With expertise in anxiety, body image, child development, coping skills, and alcohol use, Morgan provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and clarify their values. Morgan's approach is person-centered and existential, focusing on helping clients align their daily actions with their sources of meaning and fulfillment. With a background in education, Morgan brings a relational, holistic, and strengths-based perspective to her counseling practice. She currently sees clients in Albemarle County Schools and offers in-person, walk-and-talk, and telehealth sessions at the Lynchburg office. Morgan is available to work with children aged 6-9, children aged 10-12, teens, young adults, and adults, and accepts various insurance plans, including Aetna, CareFirst, Cigna, and Sentara Health Plans.
