Impact Living Services accepts Aetna, Anthem, Anthem HealthKeepers, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna and Evernorth, Magellan, and Medicaid. Private insurance options include Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and Sentara (Optima). Self-pay is available at all sites, ranging from $170 to $200.
