Morgan has experience working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, boundary and communication issues, trauma, and general stress. She utilizes a person-centered approach and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) when working with clients, providing a safe space for them to feel heard, understood, supported, and accepted. Morgan is particularly passionate about working with new or expecting mothers/parents as they navigate the challenging yet rewarding stages of parenthood.
