MOFFAT FAMILY SERVICES is a private, not-for-profit agency providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in five counties of Northwest Colorado. Our services include therapy, supervised living programs, work training programs, building community support, and supporting families. We also provide developmental screenings, early intervention and family support services, and adult services such as service coordination, group home, semi-independent apartment program, supported living services, day program, vocational services and family support. Our experienced and trained staff will help families access the services they need and provide information about child development and ways to stimulate and engage their child in appropriate activities.
