Michelle draws from techniques based in attachment theory, ACT, strengths-based therapy, and somatic experiencing to support clients in finding healing, safety, and alignment in their lives. With expertise in areas such as identity development, life transitions, anxiety, and parenting, Michelle creates a collaborative and unique environment for each client's specific needs and goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Michelle's approach emphasizes the client's expertise in their own life, and she aims to create a safe space for exploration, healing, and growth. Outside of counseling, Michelle enjoys spending time running, hiking, and being near the water.
