Nicole's mission is to create a collective approach to counseling by working collaboratively with local counselors, wellness providers, and community members. The goal is to expand the reach of services and better meet the diverse needs of the community, bringing people together to share their unique skills and support one another. Nicole offers a holistic, multimodal approach to therapy, working with individuals (children and adults), partners, parents, and families to achieve wellness goals, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges. She collaborates with the wider community to support her clients in identifying the necessary resources and support. Her client-centered approach creates a safe, compassionate space where clients have agency to explore their thoughts and feelings, set meaningful goals, and foster personal growth.
