Mia has experience working with complex trauma, childhood trauma, and ongoing trauma/abuse. She uses a client-centered, whole-person approach, incorporating holistic care and polyvagal theory. Mia's modalities include trauma-informed, relational, body-based, and movement-oriented approaches, as well as internal family systems and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques.
