She specializes in helping victims and survivors of intimate partner violence, as well as those struggling with trauma, abuse, and various mental health conditions. Mia has experience working with complex trauma, childhood trauma, and ongoing trauma/abuse. She uses a client-centered, whole-person approach, incorporating holistic care and polyvagal theory. Mia's modalities include trauma-informed, relational, body-based, and movement-oriented approaches, as well as internal family systems and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques. She is passionate about helping individuals learn and grow, and is currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth appointments at her location in Minnetonka, MN.
