Mesa Developmental Services

Mesa Developmental Services (MDS) is the Community Centered Board (CCB) for Mesa County, Colorado. We specialize in developmental disability determination, case management, planning, referral, and service and support coordination for people with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to ensure that individuals with developmental disabilities are provided with the necessary resources to live healthy and fulfilling lives. We work with local providers and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality services and support to those in our community with disabilities. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care for those with developmental disabilities and to promote inclusion and independence in their lives. MDS is committed to creating a safe, accessible, and supportive environment for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
