She takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Psychodynamic Therapy to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. Melisa works with clients facing depression, trauma related to relationships or family, and other mental health concerns. Her goal is to help clients regain control and improve their quality of life. She has a Master's degree in Social Work from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Organizational Science from the University of Idaho.
