Megan understands the challenges of life and relationships, having experienced them as a parent and licensed professional. She uses a systemic approach to help clients approach challenges from a fresh perspective, identifying solutions and teaching adaptive strategies for communication, relationship building, and a happy and balanced life. Megan's warm, empathetic, and humorous approach creates a safe and comfortable therapeutic space for her clients. Initial free phone consultations are available to discuss therapeutic style and what to expect from sessions. Megan assists individuals with topics such as depression, anxiety, women's issues, perfectionism, loss, and life transitions, as well as providing life planning, parent coaching, and self-identity/self-esteem development. She also works with couples to break dysfunctional cycles, communicate more effectively, and strengthen friendship and intimacy, and helps families overcome hurtful issues, address negative alliances, improve communication, and strengthen support systems.
