With over 35 years of experience, Mark provides counseling to adult individuals and couples, as well as young adults 15 years and older. His therapy work focuses on helping people find solutions to difficulties associated with major life changes, such as relationship break-ups, job loss, or dealing with serious diseases. Mark's approach is solution-focused, and he uses techniques such as hypnotherapy to help his clients manage anxiety, depression, and pain.
