Sex Therapy
Sex therapy provides a safe and expert place to talk about intimacy issues, sexual functioning, concerns about a possible sex addiction, or to get help with specific sexual dysfunctions, often including sexual homework assignments for the client to do later in the privacy of their own home.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences, demonstrating effectiveness for trauma and helping the brain process memories and allow normal healing to resume.
Gottman Method Couples Counseling
The Gottman Method Couples Counseling is based on over four decades of research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, utilizing 'What Makes Love Last' and '7 Principles for Making Marriage Work' to provide practical tools for bettering communication, friendship, and intimate life, helping couples build a solid foundation, resolve conflict, heal from an affair, or improve their relationship satisfaction.
