Based in Taos, NM, Sherry specializes in working with trauma, including developmental trauma with an attachment focus, and incorporates various modalities such as somatic experiencing. She believes that all healing and growth occur within relationship and focuses on empowering individuals to create positive change in their lives. With a client-centered approach, Sherry helps clients develop coping strategies and stress management techniques, and works with them to resolve past traumas, explore past and present relationships, and heal from PTSD, depression, or anxiety.
