About
She specializes in working with individuals who identify as BIPOC, children of immigrants, or part of marginalized communities. Mai's approach is holistic, culturally grounded, and focused on helping her clients feel more whole. She offers a safe space where her clients don't have to explain the basics of their identity, as she has lived a similar experience as a refugee Hmong woman. Mai's goal is to help her clients feel more connected to themselves and less alone in their struggles. She invites her clients to reach out for a free consultation to explore how healing can look and feel different when their full self is welcomed in the room. Mai serves individuals in Saint Paul, MN, and offers services to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD.
