Awakened Heart PDX is a group of therapists specializing in mindfulness and relationships, providing individual, couples, and family therapy to strengthen a sense of peace and stability with self and others. They work with children, adolescents, families, adults, and couples in need of personal and relational support, and are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for their community. With a shared mission of creating an inclusive space for their community, they envision a kinder world where every voice is respected and relationships are a container for healing.
