About
With over 30 years of experience, Kristine developed Pono Roots in response to her work with families. The practice uses family systems theory and other evidence-based, supportive therapeutic interventions to help clients meet their goals. They understand the importance of trust and look forward to working with individuals, couples, and families to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and depression. Pono Roots offers a range of services, including individual psychotherapy, couples and family therapy, child play and talk therapy, group work, and support groups for specific issues such as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs).
