Located in St. Paul Park & Edina, Minnesota, as well as online via Telehealth, the Brave Soul team will support, challenge, and guide individuals through healing, transformation, and the exploration of their own unique experience. They offer a range of therapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to address various issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles. Their team of vetted, professional therapists is dedicated to empowering individuals to be brave and thrive in their lives.
