Keyahnah Anderson, MFT-I, is a practitioner at the group, offering a free 15-minute consultation call. Keyahnah specializes in trauma and PTSD, grief, and life transitions, working from an integrative person-centered focus that is trauma-informed. She draws from emotion-focused, psychodynamic, and attachment theories, and values warmth, empathy, and safety as top priorities. Keyahnah is passionate about helping others heal from childhood trauma, walking through grief and loss, and discovering what patterns and themes are holding clients back from living the life they desire. She has experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and is passionate about creating a safe space for gender identity exploration. Keyahnah also has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, autism spectrum, chronic illness, self-esteem, PTSD/complex PTSD, couples conflict, and spiritual/religious trauma.
