About
With over ten years of experience, Kelly helps her patients find their inner strength by examining everyday struggles through heart-based, compassionate dialogue. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and working with hypersensitive individuals and families. Kelly's approach is holistic, and she works collaboratively with her patients to help them heal from the inside out and find longer-lasting relief. She is trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which has been proven to treat people with hypersensitivity. Kelly's journey to becoming a therapist was personal, as she has struggled with unexplained health issues, depression, and anxiety in her teenage years. She understands the challenges of feeling disconnected from oneself, life, or others and is dedicated to helping her patients find internal peace. Kelly's practice is located at 4446 Route 27 in Kingston, NJ, and she can be reached at (609) 759-1014 or info@kellymcglynn.com.
