About
They offer in-person individual therapy, community groups, and career and leadership coaching for teens (ages 15+) and adults. Keiran's approach to therapy integrates mindfulness, attachment theory, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, and other somatic psychology techniques. They work with clients experiencing difficulties related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss, as well as those from marginalized communities and with diverse identities. Keiran's therapy style focuses on helping clients get in touch with their healing process, acknowledging the bodily experience of emotional pain, and finding a blend of techniques that work best for each individual. Sessions are offered in 60 and 90-minute formats, and Keiran is happy to include outside providers, family, friends, and other mentors in the process. Keiran's professional experience includes working with youth and adults in various settings, such as wilderness therapy, hospice, and residential psychiatric treatment. They have also studied Hakomi and the Neuro-Affective Relational Model. Outside of therapy, Keiran enjoys rock climbing, weight lifting, cycling, reading, woodworking, and backpacking, and has been practicing Buddhist meditation for 10 years.
