Dr. Howard specializes in providing therapeutic services through an integrative approach, tailoring each client's therapy to their goals and mental health needs. She incorporates the family, school, and other important systems in the client's life into the therapy process. Dr. Howard uses a strengths-based approach to therapy, focusing on an individual's personal values, beliefs, and inherent strengths. In addition to therapy, she administers psychological assessments to assess Gifted and Talented or Twice-Exceptional individuals, diagnose Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disorders, Mood, and Thought Disorders, and provide a more personalized and valuable experience for her clients. Dr. Howard has practiced in various mental health settings in Colorado and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, and relationships. She sees clients from Littleton, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Greenwood Village, Parker, Aurora, and the surrounding areas.
