With a special emphasis in cancer care, chronic illness, chronic pain, and caregiver support, Dream Big Wellness provides a space for creative expression, connection, and renewal—helping individuals process grief, manage symptoms, connect to their inner resources, and support them in their healing journey as they need. They offer a range of services, including individual therapy, group therapy, teen therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, with therapists trained in EMDR, Gottman trainings, DBT, CBT, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic therapies, and Art Therapy. Art therapy is provided by nationally registered, master's level art therapists. They also offer telehealth services to the entire state of Washington and have some in-person or hybrid options depending on the therapist. Their services are located in Edmonds, Bellingham, and Seattle.
Insurance & payment
Dream Big Wellness accepts most major insurances, including Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, Oscar Health, and UHC Medicare Advantage. They will help clients navigate the insurance process to determine coverage.
