Licensed Clinical Social Worker Evie Lewis-McNeil has a Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago and focuses her career on working with the queer community. With experience at Fenway Health and Seattle Counseling Service, Evie has worked with a diverse range of clients, including students, caregivers, and individuals living with disabilities. Her approach to therapy is informed by polyvagal theory, somatic therapy, feminist and queer theory, attachment theory, and harm reduction. Evie invites her clients to explore how systemic oppression has shaped their experiences and works to create a safe and compassionate space for self-discovery. She welcomes clients of all identities and strives to be anti-racist, sex-positive, gender-affirming, and body neutral/positive. Through therapy, Evie helps her clients build secure attachment with themselves and cultivate compassion and perspective.
