She specializes in helping individuals overcome trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Katherine is certified in EMDR, Gentle Reprocessing, and TAT, and uses a combination of these techniques along with elements of hypnotherapy, Gestalt, ego-state therapy, and talking therapy to provide a unique and personalized approach to her sessions. She is comfortable working with clients of any age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or religious orientation. Katherine's goal is to help her clients find their way back to their true selves and feel freer to make choices towards the life they really enjoy living. She offers a free phone consultation to arrange a time for therapy sessions. Katherine's offices are located in Westford, MA, and she provides telehealth services only.
