Their approach to wellness includes contributions from the field of Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, and Mental Health Counseling, in addition to specific, evidence-based courses of treatment. With a focus on individuality, they strive to create an accepting environment for all, making their office feel like home – accessible, personal, and comfortable. Treatment is tailored to each and every client and approached from a collaborative and systemic perspective. They offer a wide variety of specialties, trainings, and techniques, including programs such as their BLOOM – Perinatal Wellness Program and Pride Program. Their providers are able to help with concerns including ADD, ADHD, and ODD, anger management, anxiety, attachment issues, behavioral concerns, communication, couples, depression, divorce, family, gender and sexuality, grief and/or loss, life transitions, parenting, perinatal wellness, PTSD, relationship issues, stress management, and trauma. They have providers trained in CBT, CBT +, TF – CBT, DBT, EFT, and FFT, and several are licensed as Child Mental Health Specialists.
Insurance & payment
Integrated Therapy Services is in-network with several insurance companies, including Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna and Evernorth, Coordinated Care, First Choice Health | FCH, and Healthcare Management Administrators. They also accept Coordinated Care and Molina as state insurances. However, they are out of network with certain plans, including GEHA, Premera Peak Plan, Kaiser Core and HMO, United Healthcare, Optum, Premera Tahoma Plan, and Regence plans with Behavioral Health through Providence.
