Centered Counseling LLC, led by Kasen Anderson, provides counseling and art therapy services to patients in various stages of life in Overland Park, KS, and the surrounding KC Metro. They offer individual and family therapy for those 6 years and older, as well as supervision for those seeking full clinical counseling licensure in KS or MO. The practice is committed to a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, and is LGBT+ affirming and queer-owned. Their services include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and art therapy, among others. By using creative processes, art therapy offers an opportunity to process emotions, increase self-awareness, and learn emotional regulation skills.
