About
They offer approachable and professional therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout Idaho. Whether in-person or through secure Telehealth, their commitment is to help clients identify the best ways to create lasting, positive change through steady, compassionate support as they navigate life's challenges. Jessica Sellman, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, leads the practice with over seven years of experience in mental health. She incorporates practical, evidence-based strategies, warmth, empathy, and humor into the therapeutic process, tailoring care to each client's unique needs. Jessica is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems, and she enjoys working with teens, student-athletes, adults, as well as providing support for retirees and the elderly population. The practice's approach is grounded in the belief that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool for change.
