About
She assists her clients in pursuing wholeness and restoration while bearing the realities of life with all its joys and challenges. Jessica's hope is that with her guidance, clients will be able to explore and uncover the patterns in their life, understanding how their past experiences, beliefs, and relationships affect their present successes and struggles. She strives to create an environment where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves without fear of judgment or vulnerability. Jessica integrates a person-centered approach with Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques tailored to the needs of the client. She aims to help clients restore hope, insight, and courage, and find ways to feel fully alive in the present and connected in their daily lives and relationships. Beyond her work as a therapist, Jessica enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with her husband, whether playing tennis, pickleball, or padel together. She also values connection and cherishes quality time with her people.
