About
She serves individuals and groups who cope with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss, as well as those developing self-actualization and healthy relationships. Her work is inspired by her mother, a pioneer nursing supervisor, and her father, a self-taught artist. Jennifer seeks to provide affordable mental health care for groups and individuals, and advocate mental health awareness. She specializes in trauma-informed work, including ecotherapy, and uses various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness approaches. Jennifer is licensed in New York and dual licensed as an LMHC in Massachusetts. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Art Therapy Association and the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselor's Association. Jennifer's practice is eclectic and caters to individuals and groups, including children and young adults who are at risk of suffering from anxiety, depression, and difficulty coping with transitions.
