She specializes in working with young children, families, young adults, and caregivers with children with complex medical concerns. Jen's approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and grounded in cultural humility. She integrates trauma-focused techniques and modalities from Internal Family Systems and attachment-based theories, enhanced by her experience as a perinatal educator and youth worker. With a Master's in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University, Jen has extensive coursework in family systems, child assessment, and somatic practices. She is an enrolled member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and her Indigenous heritage informs her commitment to holistic healing and honoring clients' cultural values in therapy. Jen's services are available in Vadnais Heights and virtually, making her a convenient option for those in the surrounding areas. She is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and can be reached through the Harmony Mental Health website or by phone at (763) 400-8000.
