Diana offers a tranquil space where clients can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves with nature as their co-therapist. She works person-centered and trauma-informed, helping clients connect with their roots, find inner strength, and cultivate peace. Diana's approach focuses on addressing stress, anxiety, and behavioral issues in children, as well as anger management and ADHD. She serves clients in the Saint Paul area, including those from Como Park, and is available for consult calls to determine if she is a good fit as a therapist.
