With a focus on trauma-informed care and sex-, kink-, poly-, and body-positive approaches, Jay specializes in addressing attachment insecurity, shame, suicidality, relational skill-building, jealousy, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). Jay also works with individuals who identify as queer, trans, or neurodivergent, providing a safe and supportive environment for those who have experienced outsidership. Jay's goal is to help clients and their relationships progress from survival to thriving, addressing challenges such as trauma reprocessing, interpersonal effectiveness skills, crisis management, and emotional regulation.
