She specializes in working with clients navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. With a person-centered approach and an easygoing style, Jasmine believes that clients are the experts on their own lives and she is there to offer guidance and support. As a former teacher, Jasmine focuses on her clients' strengths to help them create meaningful change. She is uniquely equipped to support children, adolescents, and adults through life's most difficult moments due to her background in elementary education and personal experience as a teacher and foster parent.
