Dr. Benjamin's goal is to help individuals learn how to respond and not react, promoting growth and change through talk therapy and horse-assisted approaches. With a background in psychology and 10 years of experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Dr. Benjamin works with clients to address problems and develop strategies for healthier relationships. Her unique approach combines talk therapy with horse-assisted psychotherapy, allowing clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Dr. Benjamin serves individuals and families in Nampa and New Plymouth, ID, and is passionate about helping people grow and learn about who they can be, as healthy as they can be.
