Helen takes a collaborative approach, working with clients at a pace that feels manageable to identify areas for growth and change. Her practice focuses on relational and acute trauma, sexual assault, and persistent depression and/or anxiety, as well as difficulty navigating relationships. With advanced training in intersectional feminism, Helen brings a unique perspective to her work, addressing the complex ways in which identity and experience intersect. She also offers clinical supervision and psycho-educational testing.
