About
With specialties in ADHD, anxiety, relationship issues, and more, Megan works with individuals, couples, and people in relationships to help them understand and address their challenges. Her approach is warm, direct, and client-centered, making therapy feel like a supportive and non-judgmental space. Megan's own experience with ADHD has given her a unique perspective on the challenges of living with this condition, and she brings this understanding to her work with clients. In addition to her private practice, Megan is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at George Washington University's School of Medicine, where she teaches medical students about empathy, communication, and psychosocial interviewing. With a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, Megan is licensed to practice in multiple states and has a strong background in social work and therapy. She offers in-person therapy in Dupont Circle and telehealth therapy throughout DC, MD, VA, IL, and MA, making it easy for clients to access her services. Whether you're looking for support with a specific issue or just need a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, Megan Goldberg Therapy is here to help.
