She has been practicing since 2012, after graduating with a Masters degree from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI. Heather's experience includes working in hospitals, residential settings, day treatment programs, schools, clinics, and even in a Telehealth setting where she worked with veterans. She has also taught expressive and therapeutic art classes as well as studio art classes at Marian University. Heather is a licensed, registered art therapist (ATR-L) and offers therapeutic art sessions at Meadowlark Studios. Her passion is to bring the healing arts to the Fox Valley, where she was born and raised. Heather would love to guide individuals through the transformative power of art therapy and support them in their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.
